Samplab 2 will get you full access to all the notes in any audio and will let you edit any note in your loop, similar to how how you would edit notes in melodyne. Samplab will also match tempo, key and easily adapt to chords, melodies and drums.
You can use samplab with a monthly subscription of $9.99 per month (with a 7 day free trial ) . There is also a free version with a 10 second per audio limit on Mono Audio Files with Real Time Warping.
